The Summit Team had a challenge this past week to find one song that they felt like the world needed to hear. They had the best responses! I just wanted to share this playlist with you all so you can all listen to these songs on repeat!
My Philosophy on Music Education
Music, as a part of the arts, influences us in our everyday lives. It surrounds us wherever we go. It is in our cultures and defines who we are as people. It is a connection vessel to other cultures around the world. At times, the process of creating music is where musicians find fulfillment. As an educator, my passion is for guiding students on the path of creativity. It is not about singing the correct melody or playing the right rhythms, even though that would be preferred, it truly is about finding success in the process of music.
