Pick one out of the three rhythms to play on your own instrument at home. You are going to perform this rhythm twice. The first time, forte (loud) and the second time, piano (soft). You can use your lap, a table, your head, and/or anything else you can find to make sound on in your house. Be sure to tell me which rhythm you chose.  Can't wait to see you playing your rhythms!

For this week's challenge you are going to work on using your hand signs to follow the musical solfege pitches.  We have worked hard on using do, mi, and sol. Come up with your own pattern using these three hand signs. If you would like to sing the pitches with the hand signs that would be great. Give it a try. Check out the photo for a reminder on how to do the hand signs.
